My Spectrum Mothers caregiver has been a lifesaver. She’s amazing. She’s so patient and she’s so helpful.  Having her help has meant that I can sneak away for showers, stay on top of house work, or simply step out for a little bit of grocery shopping.  She is also such a welcome help with my 3 yr old toddler (who adores her).

Spectrum has honestly saved the very little bit of mental health I had left and prevented me from completely falling off the edge. It’s been really helpful to have her. She’s so flexible and accommodating and just so great with the kids. I can’t say good enough things about her.
