Jindra Casperson , C.G.A, CPA, was born in Teplice, Czech Republic and immigrated to Canada with her parents in 1968.
Jindra was instrumental in growing her parents business and negotiating a merger with a larger accounting firm of Jones, Richards & Company in October 1993. Jindra started as an Accounting Manager with Jones Richards & Company and became one of four partners in December of 1997.
In May 2003 Jindra took on the contract role of Controller for The Western Institute for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing and continued to be a part of this dynamic team for over 10 years.
In 2011 Jindra decided to go into business with her new husband and joined XL Flooring, an import and flooring distribution company specializing in luxury vinyl planks.
Over the years Jindra was a board member and treasurer of various organizations including the Lookout Emergency Aid Society and Soroptimist International of North and West Vancouver, while also assisting other agencies with various functions.
Jindra has 40 years of experience working in public practice, with a vast background of knowledge and expertise in all areas of day-to-day business operations for both business and not-for-profit sectors.
Jindra is now semi-retired and her passion is making the world a better place for women, girls and the less fortunate.
