Sioned Dyer, M.A., joined the Spectrum Board in early 2023. She was Executive Director for The North Shore Restorative Justice Society for 7 years providing strategic vision and executive leadership. She has worked as a Program Coordinator with YWCA Metro Vancouver. Sioned is a trusted and empathetic leader, a dynamic facilitator and a relationship builder. She has served with the DNV Parent Advisory Council, and the District of North Vancouver Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Sioned grew up on the North Shore, and she continues to call it home along with her husband as they raise their three children
